Quotes are based on the information provided. If the job turns out to be different on site, we explain the change and agree the new price with you before continuing.
Entitlement to access
We open, rekey or change locks only for people who can reasonably show they are entitled to do so. We may decline work where this cannot be confirmed.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. After-hours emergency work is charged at the rate quoted before dispatch.
Parts and warranty
Parts we supply carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Workmanship issues reported promptly are inspected and rectified where our work is at fault.
Rentals and restricted systems
Renters are responsible for obtaining their rental provider’s consent before lock changes. Restricted keys are cut only on authorised request.
